Please email customer service at help@Shiningmiss.com and include your：Order number & Cancellation request with a picture of the product, if necessary.
- Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
- To initiate a cancellation, please contact customer service. The cancellation notification will be emailed to you.
Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-10 business days to process.
Once an order is canceled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.
